Homified AppTerms of Use

  1. Introduction

    Welcome to Homified, a food and domestic ordering mobile application ("App"). By using Homified, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Homified.

  2. Use of The App

  3. Food and Domestic Ordering and Payment

    1. Order Placement: Homified allows you to place food, laundry and cleaning orders from the app.
    2. Order Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy in displaying menu items and prices.
    3. Payment: All payments made through Homified are processed by third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment processors terms and conditions.
    4. Order Changes and Cancellations: After placing an order, you will not be able to modify or cancel it.

  4. Delivery and Fulfillment

    1. Delivery Services: Homified may offer delivery services in partnership with third-party delivery providers. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors beyond our control.
    2. Food, Laundry and Cleaning Quality and Safety: We strive to ensure that services rendered through our App meet quality and safety standards.

  5. User Content

    1. Reviews and Ratings: Homified may allow you to post reviews, ratings, comments, and other content related to the services rendered.
    2. Content Guidelines: You agree not to post any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on our rights. We reserve the right to remove or moderate any user-generated content at our discretion

    2. Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Homified for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  7. Disclaimer of Warranties

    1. Homified is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any Kind, express or implied, regarding the Apps availability, accuracy, or reliability.
    2. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Homified Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Homified.

  8. Modifications and Termination

    1. Changes to Terms: We reserve the, right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting.
    2. App Changes and Termination: We may modify, suspend, or terminate Homified, or any part thereof, at our discretion without notice.

  9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    1. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria
    2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with Homified shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of The Federal Republic of Nigeria.

    1. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Homified Technologies concerning the subject matter hereof.
    2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
